Like most, I assume, I was initially a skeptic. I had gone through a number of "unlimited data" service providers, that made a living off the fine print. After having burned through a large sum of money on those services, and the technology (Peplink products) to maximize what I was receiving from those providers, i found myself frustrated at the lack of both performance and reliability. I reached out to Tyler, and peppered him with a litany of questions. Tyler was extremely patient, forthcoming and prompt with his responses, and even set me up with one of his engineers to go over some of the more technical/unusual questions. After several weeks of me going back/forth with Tyler (and team), i took a chance on them. The 5G/CAT20 router arrived within 2 days, and I was immediately able to successfully run performance tests in my house for several weeks, before installing it in my motorhome (connected to a Peplink 40G roof-mount antenna). I could not have hoped for a better outcome! I have been full-time RVing since early October '24, and have traveled throughout VA, IA, WV, TN and OH, with a good amount spent off the beaten path. My partner and I are avid (and daily) consumers of streaming content (can be as much as 4-5 hours/day, the bulk of which is HD/UHD!), and she keeps up with her kids/friends/siblings/Mom via regular (almost daily) video chat sessions. I'm a huge college football fan, and was able to stream every one of my team's games, and quite a number of others'....due to my DISH antenna being blocked (trees) so often. To date, we've had roughly a handful of freezes, all were self-corrected after a few moments. I have several motorhome systems/devices that rely upon connectivity, and their logged outages tend to align with what we've noticed. To date, we only had two incidents where the service provider in use had been experiencing significant performance issues (outages/disruptions), prompting me to reach out to ConnecTen for assistance. The customer experience I had during both events was superb! Quick response via the web chat, and with a real person.....a technically competent person! They just ran a few tests, and bounced me to a more reliable service provider where I was located. Bottom line, I'm thoroughly impressed. I'm still paying for two other data hot spots, one a portable/mobile (AT&T), the other is the T-Mobile Home Internet service (supposedly they're about to enforce the locality anchor on it). I'm going to be terminating both at the end of the month, as they are not being used for anything other than back-up/redundancy....a measure my "brain" needed due to my experiences. I have recommended ConnecTen to close friends and family, and am doing so here......I cannot fathom someone having a bad experience, other than perhaps something that is outside of ConnecTen's control. An outstanding product, and an outstanding staff led by Tyler!
If you are looking for unlimited WIFI That works with customer service that simply can't be beat this is it just call and ask for Tyler he will have you up and running in no time.
I live in a very rural area. So rural that we don't even get mail delivery. And yet, ConnectTen has been our favorite ISP for close to a year. The only interruptions have been from the local cell towers. As long as they're up and running, we have good internet access.
I was a little skeptical when I got a random c a ll from Tyler about this internet provider because I had recently had Noamad internet which was horrible with always losing service and they had absolutely no customer service. You had to send a email and wait a month or more for a response. Not to mention they had an issue with double charging me several months in a row and it took months to get a refund. But when I decided to go ahead and talk to Tyler about this service he was more than u could ever expect from anyone when it comes to customer service and he was just strait forward and to the point. I just received my router 2 days ago and just WOW! it is most definitely more than I ever expected! And to be frank it was all that Tyler had told me it would be . Calling and getting it paid for and shipped out took less than 5 minutes! Which is beyond record breaking compared to any other company I have ever needed to talk to . I recommend this service to anyone in rural areas . Really anyone period . I have had 3 dif internet providers other than this one and so far this is the cherry on top ! And further more I recommend to speak and deal with Tyler so u can have the same awsome and quick service that I have had with him ! Thank you so much Tyler! If it weren't for you reaching out to me I would still be waiting 5 minutes just to load an email ! Again if u are looking for great customer service and internet be sure to get up with him !
I cannot overstate how impressed I have been with Tyler and Connecten Internet. The personal service and care he gives is very rare, to say the least. FINALLY I can fire my cable company. I highly recommend Connecten, and working with Tyler has been fantastic!
This is a great company. So far I've only been with using them about 3 weeks and I've had 1 problem where my service went out contacted them through the web page messages and spoke with a real person and they had me back up and going in less then 5 minutes. Also the sales rep Tyler that I've spoken to servel times has helped me any time I've needed him. He's called today to make sure we were still up and running and just to check in on us. We were using vasat and could only watch TV during the day and still ran out of data in 2 days with connecten my whole family can w a tch a different show on there own tvs and it never slows down. 100% back this company.
Being a full time RVer, internet was a challenging issue. After reading up a little and speaking with Tyler it became a non issue. Tyler was great helping out with an issue with the router from start to finish. At all times it was handled very professionally and we are very happy with our decision to go with this company and we're sure you'd be happy too!!!
