Your devices join the Connecten Wi-Fi or plug in via ethernet. The router selects the strongest carrier behind the scenes.

Troubleshooting
No connection after plug-in
Wait 90 seconds for the carrier scan. If still down, power cycle the router (off 30 seconds, then on). If still down, check the status LED. Solid green is connected, blinking is scanning, red is no signal at all. If red persists, your location may be a known dead zone. Contact support.
Slow speeds
Cellular speeds vary by carrier congestion at your location. The router automatically picks the best available carrier, but if all carriers are congested (e.g. major event nearby), throughput drops with them. Speed test from a wired client to rule out Wi-Fi interference.
Devices not joining the Wi-Fi
Forget the network on the device and rejoin. Sometimes saved credentials get stale. If multiple devices fail, power cycle the router.
Failover didn't kick in
Standalone routers always run. Inline failover (plugged into your existing router) requires that primary router pass traffic correctly. Check that your primary router has WAN failover enabled or that Connecten is configured as the backup uplink.
Returns or damage
14 day money back. Just contact support and we'll send a return label. Damage during transit: photograph the packaging and contact support within 7 days of delivery.
